Refunds
Magnets are made-to-order and not eligible for refunds. 

Guarantee
We guarantee that your order will be correct, undamaged, and not defective.

If you receive the wrong order or your magnets arrived damaged, contact us within 10 days of receipt at stillonthefridge@gmail.com and we will make it right. 

Other Issues
We understand that ordering online can sometimes deliver a result you did not expect.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may be eligible for a one-time replacement of the same order. Contact us at stillonthefridge@gmail.com to discuss this option. Replacement orders are only available within the first 10 days of package delivery. Please note that in order to replace your order, you will need to send the original order back to us. 

A Note on Handmade Products
Due to the handmade nature of the magnets, small variances on magnet borders and/or image, print color, or saturation may be present. These variances are not eligible for replacement.
